OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE

Public Facilities Investment Corporation can provide complete long-term operating and maintenance services for the facility. Our leases can include the lessor paying for all cost of insurance, utilities, exterior and interior maintenance including janitorial services.

EXISTING FACILITIES & INFRASTRUCTURE

Public Facilities Investment Corporation also acquires existing income producing facilities and infrastructure such as publicly owned parking structures and utilities to free up cash for other public projects.
